Mayur Batra has 18 years of experience in a range of areas including Tax Laws, Accounting, Foreign Investment, Foreign Exchange Control Regulations and Corporate Laws. His expertise lies in advising on Inbound Investment, Cross Border Transactions, Tax and Regulatory matters related to Direct, Indirect, and Transactional Law. Earlier he has served as the Chief Financial Officer at the corporate office of one of the largest Japanese trading houses – Mitsui & Co. Limited and as General Secretary for three years at the Japanese Chamber of Commerce & Industry in New Delhi.
